Our high quality breakfasts have been recognised by Quality in Tourism who have awarded us the breakfast award and rated them as 5 Star.
Breakfast is served at our large oak table in our recently updated bright and modern kitchen which overlooks the garden.
We source the best quality produce to ensure a breakfast of the highest standard. This includes free range eggs from our own chickens, Newmarket sausages and quality bacon. We also provide a prepared fresh fruit platter in the summer and a poached pear compote in the winter, both of which are especially popular.
As a starter we offer all our guest a wonderfully prepared individual fruit platter (May - September) which includes melon, kiwi, grapes, orange and pineapple (may vary due to availiablity). In the winter months from end of September onwards, the fresh fruit platter is replaced by a delicious poached pear compote which consists of pears and dried fruit poached with cinnamon , vanilla, honey and spices served with a Greek style yogurt. This dish is very popular with guests.
Newmarket Sausages, Bacon, grilled tomato, mushrooms, baked beans, eggs - fried, poached or scrambled. Vegetarian sausages are also availaible.
As an alternative to the cooked breakfast please ask if you would prefer an omelette, optional fillings normally include cheese, ham, peppers and onion.
White or wholemeal toast, butter, a selection of Jams and marmalade.
Cereals, yogurt and homemade granola.
Orange juice, pot of tea or cafetiere of coffee.
